A message to our customers

The COVID-19 pandemic has been challenging for us all - but there is light at the end of the tunnel! We have taken all the necessary precautions to keep both our customers and our staff safe. Whilst things may look slightly different for a while, we hold onto the fact that we are taking steps closer to a return to normal. Please ensure that you follow the latest government advice when eating and/or drinking with us so that we can continue to make progress in our fight against it and take these next steps safely. If we all pull together, we can look forward to many more happier occasions in the future…

We have been working on a delicious new menu and cannot wait to hear your feedback.

Tenanted Pub of the Year! Shepherd Neame Pub Awards 2022

White Horse, Hawkinge

Set just back from the coast in Hawkinge, near Folkestone, the White Horse Inn is the perfect place to drop anchor for a few hours and enjoy fine ales and welcoming hospitality.

Come aboard and you’ll find the pub every bit as traditional as you’d hope, with exposed brickwork and old wooden beams.

Despite the small frontage, this is a spacious pub - with a much-loved cosy area with a log burner beyond the main bar, a separate restaurant room with space for 30-35 people, and patio area that catches the late afternoon sun.

A sun-trap beer garden runs to the side of the pub, so you can enjoy a refreshing drink outside. Although we can’t guarantee the weather, with ales from Shepherd Neame at the bar, we can certainly promise a perfect pint…
